What do I do if…?
There’s an issue with the road or pavement?
Roads are maintained by Whatcom County. Visit whatcomcounty.us/2595/Road-Maintenance-Service-Request to report the issue.
There’s an issue with the street lamps?
Street lamps are maintained by PSE. Visit pse.com/en/outage/report-street-light-outage to report the issue and use the numbered ID tag on the lamppost to identify the location.
I want to paint the exterior of my house?
Submit a Design Review form to the board for approval by logging into your online portal. You can also access the form on the Documents page of this site and email it to info@optimus.com.
My neighbors are too loud or have aggressive pets?
State quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and construction hours are from 7am-6pm. Report violations to the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line: (360) 676-6911. For animal issues, call Animal Control at (360) 733‑2080 or 911 if there is immediate danger.
